2. Use of Service

Achieve Wins provides a platform for personal development, including:

• Creating and tracking personal goals
• Adding daily updates with notes, feelings, and pictures.
• Adding daily reflection entries with notes, feelings, and pictures.
• Receiving AI-generated or AI-selected recommendations including words of encouragement and news articles

You agree to use Achieve Wins responsibly and lawfully, not to violate any applicable laws or rights of others, and not to misuse the services provided.

Subscriptions: We offer in-app subscriptions through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store that unlock enhanced features, such as more uploads and the ability to set additional goals. These subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, according to the respective store's terms and conditions.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Achieve Wins. By using Achieve Wins, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older and that you agree to and will abide by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement.

4. Content Ownership and Rights

You retain ownership of the content you upload to our app, including notes, pictures, and any other media. It's important that you only upload content to which you own the rights or have permission to use and share. By posting content to AchieveWins, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, reproduce, save, modify, create derivative works, perform, and distribute your content on Achieve Wins solely for the purposes of operating, developing, providing, and using the Achieve Wins product. This license does not grant us the right to sell your content or otherwise distribute it outside of our services.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own the content posted by you on or through Achieve Wins or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this section.
• The posting and use of your content on or through Achieve Wins does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person or entity.
• You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owed by reason of content you post on or through Achieve Wins.
